Why is your Apple Mac support better?

Well, we truly love Macs (but we love PCs too!) Second, if you receive support from us you can be assured you are getting someone who is a seasoned professional supporting Classic and OS X. We have taken apart and serviced the hardware for Xserve iMacs, Powerbooks, Powermacs, Macbooks, and now Mac Pros, therefore we have experience with all Apple hardware systems.

I'm worried you might be "Apple Only" people. Are you Mac?

Yes we are Mac. But, we believe you should use what is best for you. We do not sell ANY products, only services. Our philosophy is to provide you with solutions that are best suited to your business or personal needs. That means if you still need to run Microsoft Office Outlook, or a company database, or anything on Windows...then you should be able to do it on a PC (or a Mac.) We tend to do our daily stuff on a Mac and run our PC applications remotely. This works well for OSX Servers and all our PC based needs, so they coexist well together.

I'm worried you might be "PC Windows Only" people. Are you PC?

Yes, we are PC. Although we love Macs, we still love what the PC can do for us. From the beauty of Outlook, to the wonders of Exchange. Quickbooks, Goldmine, ACT, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer...these are some of the things that keep us needing our nifty little Windows PCs. For us, we know Windows Server is still the fastest file & print server around.

No really, which are you better at Mac or PC, most Techs are good on either one or the other?

We are experts on both Macs and PCs. In this day and age we find ourselves in the unique position of being one of the "few" true experts on both Apple Mac and Windows PCs. Our support started as being Windows Systems Administrators and then progressed to supporting Apple OS X and Classic. We support and use both everyday. We get to use all the latest (and we've tried all the oldest) technology from Microsoft, Cisco, and Apple.

What about networks, do you guys know about networks?

We are trained as Network Engineers first. This means we understand TCP/IP and the Internet. We have been certified on Microsoft Windows Servers as well as OS X Server. If Exchange is your thing, we've been there. We can troubleshoot your network down to the wire. That means we can test and troubleshoot Ethernet/CAT5/CAT6 networks for breaks, congestion, or even install it. Got DNS, DHCP, Switch, Router, WINS, AFP, FTP, SFTP, WEP, WPA, TKIP, problems? No problem, we've got you covered.

Is it true your online presence gets copied or imitated on a regular basis?

Yes! Yykes! We have actually caught more than one of our competitors copying our ads word for word. The bottom line is we have the experience to prove what we can do.

Do you have anything to say to your competitors?

Yes, good luck guys! This is a tough job for all of us, but it is what we make of it. Since we are some of the best we don't blame you for copying us. But we challenge you to be unique, compete and focus on your own core comptencies. We have respect for many of you who have been honest about your skills and competed with us on a fair playing field. But as far as the others, who copy us, and make false claims about their experience and certifications (you know who you are), well we just want to say that the customers your are losing are now in good hands. :-) In the end, the truth comes out and knowledgeable consumers who do their homework will realize who the real Mac and PC experts are.
